  • Human Resources – Lead all HR business functionalities including payroll, compliance, compensation, performance management, selection, and development
    • Credentials: SHRM certifications, accomplished HR Business Partner leading critical HR functionalities
    • Competencies: Executive HR leadership experience with specific accomplishments growing small tech companies a plus
  • Manufacturing – Own the safe clean compliant reliable and efficient manufacturing operations across all owned and contract facilities. Leads the factory execution, scale up, and Operational Excellence
    • Credentials: 15+ years total experience including senior leadership in manufacturing operations. Demonstrated excellence in HSEQ, Operations Excellence, and OEE leadership
    • Competencies: Servant leadership approach to leading large manufacturing organizations with proven ability to take factory operations from pilot to stable production, manage yield learning curves and start up volatility, and strong economic thinking
  • Battery Research & Development – Oversee all research activities in new battery materials and chemistries
    • Credentials: PhD in Materials, Battery Science or similar
    • Competencies: Leadership skills to coordinate complex multi-faceted research efforts, and communication skills
